智 丽 丽

   工学博士,教授,硕士生导师、自治区“天山英才”计划第三期培养人选,近五年来共主持科研项目4项,其中省部级2项,厅局级2项;发表论文十六篇,均为SCI学术论文;近年来获奖共计6项,其中省部级4项,校级2项。主要研究方向为纳米材料的设计、太阳能电池的制备及性能研究。

从教十五年以来,忠于党的教育事业,始终把教书育人、管理育人、服务育人贯穿于教育教学中,具有很好的奉献和团结协作精神。目前,智丽丽担任我院物理与材料科学学院教工第一支部书记,积极发挥党员先锋模范带头作用,教学科研齐头并进。在认真完善日常教学的同时,关注科学发展的前沿动态,努力提升科研能力,在太阳能电池研究领域取得优异的成绩。尤其在采用绿色溶剂制备钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池方面取得诸多成果,同时,通过改进退火工艺,获得表面平整而且可以贯穿整个电池界面的柱状晶粒。

[获奖情况]

1、2020年7月荣获我院第十二届青年教师教学竞赛二等奖;

2、2021年6月荣获全国高等学校物理基础课程青年教师讲课竞赛新疆区三等奖;

3、2022年12月撰写的科技论文《封闭蒸汽式退火方式下基于溶解再结晶制备钙钛矿薄膜》荣获第十六届自然科学优秀论文三等奖;
